Retreat Information

Our retreat will take place on the Big Island of Hawaii
at the beautiful Hawaii Island Retreat Center near Hawi.

We have arranged a discounted rate of $150 – 260 plus tax per night for our group, single or double accommodation.

Our office will manage the reservations and will do our best to pair you with a roommate if you wish, depending on the room configurations and roommates available.  Please note, that the accommodations are on a first come, first choice basis. This is paid directly to the retreat center upon booking of accommodation.

We find that sharing meals is an important element of the retreat, so we ask all participants to join in the meal plan.

A note about food allergies:

The culinary staff is accustomed to most allergies; gluten free, dairy free, refined sugars. There is always a a vegetarian and vegan option.  Special items are put on the side where ever possible so that you have a choice about your ingredients.  An effort is made to use local organic produce, and all proteins are sourced locally and free of antibiotics and hormones.  Most dishes are whole foods rather than processed.

If you have any food allergies or special food preference, please communicate them directly to the retreat center upon booking your accommodation. Please also give them plenty of advance notice, as they may not be able to accommodate dietary requests on short notice.
