While many institutions of higher education teach technical facts, few teach how to live. While many deploy information on how to navigate the outer world, few address how to master the self.  Many fill the head, but few fill the heart.

 

All About U. is an extraordinary body of coursework and personal coaching that will introduce you to the most important person in your world - yourself. Through illuminating lessons you will receive via email, coaching sessions, and teleseminars, you will gain insights and inspiration that will help you navigate the terrain of your life and make important life choices in harmony with your personal, spiritual, and professional goals.

Syllabus includes:

 

Six one-month courses via the Internet, in which you will receive one short lesson each day, which can be read in 5 minutes. Lessons include interactive exercises, introspective questions, and techniques to apply the lessons during your day.

       Six personal coaching sessions with Alan Cohen via telephone

 

 

     

       Email coaching with Alan Cohen

       Six one-hour teleconference seminars with Alan Cohen and other students

        Optional support partner

     

      

          Monthly recommendations for films, books, and CDs related to themes.

Next term:

Begins January 1, 2009.   Concludes: June 30, 2009

Tuition and policies:

All above: $3,495

$500 non-refundable deposit

Remainder due November 30, 2008. (Payment plan available upon request.)

(Not included: Regular telephone long distance charges for you to call into coaching and conference calls.)

3. Applicants accepted will be those who are best matched with the goals of the program.

A limited number of students will be accepted for each term.  Acceptance depends on availability.
